In badminton if the shuttlecock gets stuck with the net, who will get to serve and score, you or the opponent?

If you can, please also state if it's a let or foul. Thanks!|||If it gets stuck in the net on the side of the person who hits it in there, that counts as hitting it into the net, and the other persons point. If it goes over then gets stuck in the net, its a let.
