Eye shuttlecock injury?

My father (43) has undergone a shuttlecock injury recently (23/02/10) in his left eye. We have consulted an ophthalmologist in Ludhiana who has diagnosed the following:

Blunt Ocular Trauma,Cataracteous Lens,Vitreous Hemorrhage,Retinochoroidal thickening

He can currently only assess slight movements of light. He is currently taking Wysolone (80mg).

Can anyone suggest any treatment or any other recommendation.|||Wysolone is anti inflammatory drug. probably he had inflammation in his eye.

don't go the treatment what people say here consult an ophthalmologist and go by his words. unless we see the patient can`t suggest any thing.

By the way what is that shuttle cock??
