When serving, your partner should bend over at the waist and wait for you to deliver the shuttlecock to your oponents. This is to prevent having the shuttle cock knock into the back of her head. An alternative position is to have your partner bend her knees slightly and drop her waist down until the shuttlecock has been delivered into the opponents court.





When playing by yourself, be sure to visualize what your shuttlecock will be doing to your opponent so that you can achieve the most advantagous serve. Your aim should be to use enough speed to catch your opponent off guard so you can drive your shuttlecock deep into her court and watch with pleasure when she moans over missing her return volley. Of course you could aim for an ace, but that is a rather difficult and tight delivery and really depends on your opponents stance.|||while your bare hand may provide for a much more intimate game, i'd say a racket
